Parking:

Most street parking is free after 6 PM. There are some spots that go until 10 PM.

There is a parking lot across the street owned by Impark. They charge $5 for 12 hours.

Also, the building across the street from us, the Borealis, has parking available in their lot. You have to get the "Passport" app to pay. It's $3 plus tax to park. They are located on 8th ave.

From the NORTH (Roseville, Shoreview, Anoka)

1. Take 35W South to the University/4th St. Exit
2. Turn RIGHT on 4th St (one-way)
3. Take a LEFT at 1st Ave. NE (one-way) and cross the river
4. Turn RIGHT on 1st St. (soon as you cross bridge)
5. We're about 7 blocks down on the right-hand side.

From the SOUTH (Bloomington, Burnsville, Edina)

1. Take 35W North to the Downtown/5th Ave Exit (left-hand exit)
2. Continue straight on 5th Ave
3. Turn LEFT on Washington Ave.
4. Turn RIGHT onto Hennepin
5. Turn LEFT onto 1st St. (just before you cross Hennepin Bridge)
6. We're about 7 blocks down on the right-hand side.

From the NORTHWEST (Fridley, Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove)

1. Take 94 East to the 4th/7th St Exit
2. Follow 4th St.
3. Turn LEFT onto 2nd Ave (first stop light)
4. Turn LEFT onto 1st St. N.
5. We're about 5 blocks down on the right-hand side

From the WEST (Golden Valley, St. Louis Park, Wayzata)

1. Take 394 East to the Downtown Exits (left-handed exit)
2. Follow the Washington/3rd Ave. exit
3. Go straight on 3rd Ave.
4. Turn LEFT onto 1st St. N.
5. We're about 5 blocks down on the right-hand side

From the EAST ( St.Paul, Woodbury, Hudson, etc.)

1. Take 94 West to the 11th St. Exit
2. Turn RIGHT onto Hennepin
3. Turn LEFT onto 1st St.
4. We're about 7 blocks down on the right-hand side

The closest hotel is the Marriott Towne Place Suites, which is 1 block from Acme.  Otherwise, within 2 miles, you have numerous hotel options in downtown Minneapolis.
